The FMP provides the Owner with recommendations for replacement as equipment life nears it's end. Owner's are then able realize savings that would otherwise be considered "sunk costs".

We are able to provide scans of existing spaces through collaboration with our partner, Immersive Imaging LLC. By providing scans of as-built conditions, less site visits are required and virtual meeting's can be review site conditions without ever leaving the office. Immersive Imaging has saved us countless hours in coordination and allows us to provide more accurate design drawings - resulting in less rework required by the contractor.
